Our Site and services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to us or on our Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some browsers have a do not track (“DNT”) feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. We do not support DNT because there is no industry consensus on how they should be treated.

  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in any marketing correspondence you may have received from us or by sending us an email stating your request to contact@thevegancopacker.com.

  • Requests to Access, Correct or Delete Personal Information. You may also send us an email at contact@thevegancopacker.com or call us at (847) 850 – 5923 to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, subject to certain exceptions.

  •  the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you (for example, for as long as you are a current or prospective customer) and the length of time thereafter during which we may have a legitimate need to reference your personal information to address issues that may arise;

  • whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or

California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. At this time, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
